1. Overview
The Stock Trader Hub LLC (“The Stock Trader Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital services, subscriptions, tools, indicators, eBooks, alerts, bots, and community access that are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon purchase.
This Refund Policy explains our strict no-refund policy and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing or subscribing to any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refunds for Digital Products and Services
Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
· Monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions
· Discord community access
· Trading alerts and market updates
· TradingView indicators and scripts
· eBooks, guides, PDFs, and educational materials
· Bots, scanners, dashboards, and proprietary tools
Once access is granted, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
Refunds or credits will not be provided for any of the following reasons:
· Lack of profitability or trading losses
· Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
· Failure to use the Services
· Forgetting to cancel a subscription
· Dissatisfaction with alerts, indicators, tools, or content
· Feature changes, additions, removals, or updates
· Promotions, discounts, or pricing changes
· Downgrades or plan changes
· Technical issues or outages on third-party platforms (including Discord or TradingView)
· Market conditions, volatility, or delayed/inaccurate data
· Violation of our Terms & Conditions or community rules
· Termination or suspension of access due to misuse or policy violations
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing.
· Cancellation applies only to future charges
· Past payments are not refundable
· Disconnecting from Discord or failing to log in does not cancel your subscription
· Lifetime subscriptions remain valid only while The Stock Trader Hub LLC and its platforms remain operational
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
· Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access without refund
· Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using access logs, timestamps, service delivery records, and acceptance of our Terms
· Reinstatement of access after a chargeback is not guaranteed
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We do not provide refunds for digital Services. Any exception, if offered, is:
· Rare
· Granted at our sole discretion
· Not guaranteed
· Not precedent-setting
Any exception does not waive our right to enforce this Refund Policy in the future.
7. Alignment with Terms & Conditions
This Refund Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and any promotional materials, the Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy control.
