1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, or using any services, products, or content provided by The Stock Trader Hub LLC, including but not limited to memberships, Discord access, indicators, eBooks, alerts, tools, bots, watchlists, scanners, dashboards, and educational materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. For purposes of these Terms, “The Stock Trader Hub LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Stock Trader Hub LLC, and “you,” “user,” or “member” refer to any individual accessing or using the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Educational Use Only. No Financial Advice
The Stock Trader Hub LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker dealer, or financial advisory service.
All content provided through the Services, including alerts, indicators, eBooks, market commentary, watchlists, charts, strategies, scripts, and discussions, is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions.
3. Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. No profits or outcomes are guaranteed. Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
All gains and losses are your responsibility. The Stock Trader Hub LLC assumes no liability for your trading results.
4. No Guarantees or Solicitation
The Stock Trader Hub LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability of any content, alerts, indicators, tools, bots, or educational materials.
Nothing provided constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell securities, personalized investment advice, or a guarantee of performance or results. You acknowledge you do not rely on any single alert, message, indicator, or communication as the basis for any investment decision.
5. Digital Products and Services Covered
These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:
1. Discord memberships and community access
2. Trade alerts and market updates
3. TradingView indicators and scripts
4. Digital eBooks, guides, PDFs, and educational materials
5. Bots, scanners, dashboards, channels, and other tools made available through our platforms
6. Any future digital tools, features, or content
All products are delivered digitally and considered intangible goods.
6. No Refund Policy (All Digital Products)
Due to the digital nature of the Services and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
1. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions
2. Indicator access or licenses
3. eBooks or downloadable digital content
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, lack of profitability, misunderstanding of the product, inability to use the Services, forgetting to cancel, plan changes or downgrades, feature changes, promotions, pricing updates, third-party platform issues, or violation of these Terms.
7. Subscription Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation
Recurring subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not retroactively refund past payments.
Disconnecting from Discord or failing to use the Services does not constitute cancellation.
Lifetime memberships remain valid only for as long as The Stock Trader Hub LLC and its platforms remain operational. Lifetime access does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific feature.
8. Indicator License and Restrictions
Indicators, scripts, and proprietary tools are licensed, not sold.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
1. Share, resell, transfer, or redistribute indicators or scripts
2. Grant access to others or allow others to use your access
3. Reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
4. Upload, publish, or make the indicator publicly available
5. Use the indicator to create competing products or services
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.
9. eBook and Digital Content License
All eBooks and digital educational materials are protected intellectual property.
You may not:
1. Share, resell, distribute, or reproduce eBooks or digital materials
2. Upload content to public or private groups, drives, or repositories
3. Copy, record, or republish content for commercial or public use
Access is for personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Community Conduct and Rules
By joining our Discord or community platforms, you agree to follow all posted rules, including but not limited to respectful communication, no harassment, no hate speech, no spam, no advertising, no self-promotion, no sharing proprietary content, and no solicitation.
Violations may result in removal or termination without refund.
11. Member Posts, Third-Party Ideas, and Misuse of Community
To protect the integrity of the community, members may be restricted from posting their own trade alerts, “calls,” signals, or recommendations. Any member-posted ideas, charts, opinions, or trade concepts are the sole responsibility of the person posting them, not The Stock Trader Hub LLC.
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from member-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content and remove or terminate any member, without refund, if we believe they are misleading others, spamming, promoting personal alerts, attempting to act as an advisor, soliciting members, or otherwise misusing the Services.
12. Account Integrity and Abuse
You agree not to create multiple accounts to bypass pricing, restrictions, promotions, or bans. Sharing accounts, attempting to share benefits with non-members, or using another person’s access is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
13. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post or share within our platforms. You agree not to post content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
If you believe content infringes your rights, email info@thestocktraderhub.com with details for review.
We reserve the right to remove content or take action, including termination, at our discretion.
14. Scams, Impersonators, and Member Safety
The online world contains scammers and impersonators. You acknowledge that malicious actors may attempt to impersonate The Stock Trader Hub LLC, our moderators, staff, or members.
The Stock Trader Hub LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, damages, or harm resulting from scams, impersonation, social engineering, or unauthorized communications from third parties.
You are responsible for verifying the identity of any person claiming to represent The Stock Trader Hub LLC. We do not request payments, deposits, transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions through direct messages or unofficial channels. If you receive a suspicious request, you should not send money and should report it immediately through official support channels.
15. Changes to Services, Features, and Pricing
The Stock Trader Hub LLC reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or update any Services, features, pricing, or content at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
16. Electronic Communications and Notices
You consent to receive communications electronically. We may provide notices, disclosures, and updates by email, within the Services, through Discord announcements, or by posting updates on our website.
Updated Terms & Conditions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms such as Discord, TradingView, payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools.
We are not responsible for outages, bans, restrictions, policy changes, technical failures, billing processor errors, or actions taken by third-party platforms.
18. No Service Guarantee or Availability
The Stock Trader Hub LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any Services. Access may be affected by maintenance, outages, technical issues, third-party platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Temporary or permanent interruptions do not entitle users to refunds, credits, chargebacks, or compensation.
19. Delays, Errors, and Market Conditions
Market data, alerts, indicators, and communications may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to market volatility, data provider issues, technical limitations, or human error.
Trading decisions should not be based solely on any single alert, indicator, tool, or message.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stock Trader Hub LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
21. Force Majeure
The Stock Trader Hub LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet outages, platform failures, or third-party service disruptions.
22. No Fiduciary Relationship
Nothing in these Terms or the use of the Services creates any fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship between you and The Stock Trader Hub LLC.
We do not act on your behalf, manage funds, or make decisions for you.
23. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
24. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, community rules, or applicable law, or if your conduct creates risk for the community or The Stock Trader Hub LLC.
Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
25. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal, you agree to contact support to attempt resolution.
Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate termination without refund. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using service access logs and acceptance of these Terms.
26. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@thestocktraderhub.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis in Fort Bend County, Texas, or remotely.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration provision.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Arbitration fees and costs shall be determined by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration provisions shall survive termination of these Terms.
You waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Stock Trader Hub LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Services, including trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
In no event shall The Stock Trader Hub LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to The Stock Trader Hub LLC for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
28. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Stock Trader Hub LLC, its owners, affiliates, staff, contractors, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
29. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
To the extent arbitration does not apply, disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
31. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Stock Trader Hub LLC and supersede all prior communications.
Sections relating to intellectual property, no refunds, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, governing law, and venue shall survive termination of these Terms.
32. Assignment
The Stock Trader Hub LLC may assign its rights and obligations. You may not assign yours without written consent.
